Have An Attitude of Gratitude

There is one way that we are completely free. It is through our thoughts. We could have physical limitations, but our minds are free to roam wherever we want them to through our thoughts.

However, this is not the reality for most of us. Instead, our thoughts are dictated by our circumstances and the people around us. Often, circumstances are not something we can control in life.

Let’s face it, rapid changes in today’s society and feeling the need to keep up with the pace through our lifestyles only reinforces this in us. This causes stress, dissatisfaction, overwhelmed and unhappiness.

This is why we often find ourselves feeling stressed, discontented and finding thoughts pulling our focus to past or future events, rather than focusing in the present and expressing gratitude for right where we are in the present moment.

Sure, our situation might be less than perfect.

However, we can always find something to be thankful for in our lives. It immediately shifts our awareness and we become more appreciative, which raises our vibration and we start to feel better. Eventually, we notice with this change in attitude things begin to improve in our lives.

When placing our focus on the past and future, we allow ourselves to be robbed of our joy by not being in the present, which is really all that exists.

Think about this, any time you look at the clock, it is always now. It is never yesterday or tomorrow. Staying in the present is all that we can comfortably handle for an extended period of time and where we find our point of power that leads us to peace and contentment.

Making It Work

By now, most people have heard of selling digital products. However, if this is new to you, then no worries because it’s not exactly rocket science to learn the basics!

The key is to actually making a digital business work is by first understanding the niche and the demographic. One method is to pick a product with a broad appeal. One that offers a lot of value to people but also one that won’t have too much competition or struggle to get noticed by potential customers.

If you make a book on ‘fitness’, then you’re going to be going up against thousands of other eBooks, some of which will have much bigger budgets than you. That means you’ll have to pay a lot more in terms of advertising in order to get noticed.

But if you can hone in on something more specific: maybe making an ebook on maintaining fitness during and after pregnancy, or an ebook on fitness aimed at runners, or working adult students, then suddenly you are able to choose much more specific keywords and demographics.

This is a good start because it means you can quickly get seen by a lot of people. Another tip is to think about the niches that you already have influence in.

In addition, when advertising, you can also sell by using direct access to a big audience that is likely to buy from you, such as paid ads on Facebook. Advertise on Facebook to target the ‘precise people’ with your ads. For example, you do this by using filters on Facebook advertising to only target women or men within a certain age group or demographic, only target students, only target certain locations, etc. If you’re selling a book about planning for a new born or a first child, then you can create an advertisements that target women in that demographic population/age/group.
